If you receive this message while installing, it is usually due to unstable network conditions or because the eSIM was already added while the setup was loading.

Not sure if your eSIM was already installed? Your Holafly eSIM usually appears as the last line in your SIM list under Cellular settings.

If your eSIM is already installed:

Follow these steps depending on where you are in your journey:

  • Not at your destination yet:

Keep your Holafly eSIM OFF for now.

  • Already at your destination?

Activate and set up your connection with these steps:

  1. Turn ON your Holafly eSIM.

  2. Enable Data Roaming on that line.

  3. Select your Holafly eSIM as the active line for mobile data.

  4. Turn OFF any other SIMs to avoid extra charges.

If you didn't find the eSIM in your Cellular settings:

  • Switch Installation Method:

If scanning the QR code failed, try the Manual Installation. Follow the steps in this video using the installation details and Activation code sent to your email:
