If your iPhone shows No Service/SOS, or if your Holafly eSIM is connected but you still can't get online, try these solutions one by one. Complete one full configuration and test your internet; if it works, you’re all set! If not, move to the next step.
1. Quick fixes
Before starting, ensure you are at your destination and that your current country is covered by the specific plan you purchased. If so, follow these steps to get connected:
Airplane Mode: Turn it ON for 15 seconds and then OFF.
Verify the correct eSIM is active: Go to Settings → Cellular. Scroll to the bottom of your eSIM list (the last eSIM is usually the new Holafly one) and ensure it's the only one turned ON.
Turn OFF other lines: Disable any unused physical SIM or secondary lines.
Restart your iPhone to refresh the connection.

2. Manual Network Selection
If you're still offline, your iPhone might need help connecting to the best local operator. Follow this video guide to manually find and select the operator with the strongest signal in your area:
3. Switch to LTE/4G
If your signal is still unstable, switching from 5G to LTE often provides a more consistent connection where local 5G coverage is still limited. Follow this video to adjust your network type:
4. Last resort: Reset Network Settings
Use this only if nothing else works. This step clears hidden errors by refreshing your iPhone’s network protocols. Please note: This will NOT delete your eSIM, but it will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth devices.
