If you receive the message “eSIM cannot be added” while installing your eSIM, it may be due to unstable network conditions or because the installation was already completed on your device.

Follow these steps depending on where you are in your journey:

  • Not at your destination yet:

Keep your Holafly eSIM OFF for now.

  • Already at your destination?

Activate and set up your connection with these steps:

  1. Turn ON your Holafly eSIM.

  2. Enable Data Roaming on that line.

  3. Select your Holafly eSIM as the active line for mobile data.

  4. Turn OFF any other SIMs to avoid extra charges.
