How to activate my Holafly eSIM on iPhone

Important: Follow these steps only once you have arrived at your destination. This process will activate your data plan and start your service.

Before you begin:

  • Check Installation: This guide is for eSIMs that are already installed. If you haven't added it yet, please check our "How to install your eSIM on iPhone" guide.

  • Coverage Check: Ensure you are in a country covered by your purchased plan. If you have a multi-destination eSIM, you can verify the full list of covered countries in the Coverage section of that specific destination on our website.

  • Internet Connection: You do not need Wi-Fi to activate the line, but you must be in the destination country.

  • Identify your eSIM: If you just installed it, your Holafly eSIM is usually the last one in your SIM list. It might appear as Travel, Holafly, Business, even if it’s currently turned OFF.

If you've followed the steps above but still don't have a signal, don't worry! Sometimes, the network takes a couple of minutes for the network to register.

Important Safety Note: Please do not delete your eSIM. If you remove it, you won't be able to recover it or reinstall it.
